Ordering & Minimums

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category and packaging format. Trial and sample orders are available if you want to test a product with your market before committing to a full container. Select "Trial / Sample Order" on our contact form and we'll confirm exact quantities for the products you're interested in.

Can I request product samples before ordering?

Yes. Use the "Request a Sample" link from any product page, or select "Trial / Sample Order" on the contact form. Tell us which categories you're interested in and we'll advise on sample availability and cost.

Can products be customized or private-labeled?

We can discuss customization on packaging, labeling, and blends for qualifying order volumes. Share your requirements through the contact form and our team will let you know what's possible for your target category and quantity.

Shipping & Incoterms

What do FOB, CIF, and EXW mean?

These are international shipping terms (Incoterms) that define who's responsible for costs and risk at each stage of the journey:

FOB (Free on Board), we handle everything up to loading your goods onto the shipping vessel at the Nigerian port. You arrange and pay for ocean freight and insurance from there.

CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), we arrange and include ocean freight and insurance to your destination port. Simpler if you'd rather not coordinate international shipping yourself.

EXW (Ex Works), you or your agent collect the goods directly from our warehouse in Lagos and handle all onward transport and export clearance.

How long does shipping take?

Transit time depends on your destination port and shipping method. Once you share your delivery location on the contact form, we'll give you a specific estimate, from Lagos to major ports in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We work with standard international trade payment methods including bank transfer (TT) and Letter of Credit (LC) for larger orders. Terms are confirmed with each order and scale with order size and relationship history, tell us your preference on the contact form and we'll advise what's available.
